Shipping method and cost

Orders within Greece are not charged with shipping costs or cash on delivery costs if it is more than € 60.00. For orders up to € 60.00 shipping costs are € 3.30 for products whose actual or volumetric weight is up to 3 kg. For products over 3 kg at a cost of € 3.30, the recipient will be charged with € 0.70 per extra kilo.

Delivery time of the order

All orders are sent by our company the next working day (Monday to Friday), from the day you placed your order. Orders are shipped with the courier company ACS and are delivered in 1-3 business days.

Pickup from the store

When completing your order you can choose to pick up your order from our store Agias Marinas 44 in Ioannina. In this case, the products you ordered will be reserved for you for 3 working days and during this period you can come to the store at any time and pick up your parcel. After the above period, your order is automatically canceled. For the best service, the competent employees inform the customer about the status of the order before its cancellation.
